What is your current turnaround time?

• My current turnaround time is 5-10 weeks but can sometimes be shorter based on project complexity.

Can I schedule a residential or commercial inspection?

• No, at this time I am not scheduling inspections or re-inspections due to my engineering backlog.  

 

Can you perform a site visit?

• No. 

 

Can you help me with custom wood floor and roof framing plans?

• Yes! Please email me! 

 

Can you help me with conventional reinforced concrete slab on grade foundation plans?

• Yes! Please email me! 

 

Can you help me with the foundation plans for a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a conventional reinforced concrete slab on grade?

Can you help me with calculations for aluminum storefront and curtain wall?

Can you help me with custom engineered combustion equipment or pressure vessels?

Can you help me with estimating services and installation?

• No, this is outside my current area of expertise. 

 

Can you help me with creating or updating my architectural drawings?
